Rotterdam - the Maritime Capital of Europe- will again be the official host of the international maritime exhibition. Together with regional partners such as Smart Delta Drechtcities, the city wants to shape the maritime future.

The region is home to one of the most complete and competitive maritime clusters in the world. "As a world port, pioneer and driver of maritime transition, Rotterdam is the place to be for shippers, shipowners, traders, investors and maritime companies that want to grow, innovate and lead the way in energy transition and digitalisation", says Robert Simons, Vice Mayor for the Port, Economy, Hospitality and Governance of Rotterdam. ''We would like to maintain this leading position. The cooperation with Europort - one of the world's leading trade shows in shipping -  will certainly contribute to this," Simons said.
